What we're looking for
We're partnering with a fast-growing US-based company in the health and beauty space to find a hands-on Marketing Assistant who can keep their social media presence running while pitching in across the wider marketing mix. This is a generalist role for someone who lives and breathes social media but also has the range to jump into reporting, paid media, and website tasks as needed.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage and publish organic content across professional social accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more), writing captions and keeping a consistent posting cadence.
Plan and organize posts using a social media planning tool (like Sprout Social).
Keep tasks, timelines, and deliverables organized in Monday.com, working closely with your manager day-to-day.
Grow into a role that supports paid media, helping create and track ads based on an outlined strategy and pulling together performance summaries.
Assist with website updates and simple edits (landing pages, copy changes, and basic page maintenance).
Put together reporting using Google Analytics.
Requirements
Real hands-on social media experience, comfortable writing captions and organizing or scheduling posts.
Comfortable working in a social media planning tool (Sprout Social, Buffer, or similar).
Confident writing in professional English for captions and social content.
Comfortable managing and prioritizing tasks through a PM tool like Monday.com.
Comfortable communicating daily with the team through Slack.
Strong organizational skills, able to pull tasks and priorities out of larger meetings and notes.
Nice to Have
Paid media experience.
Website editing experience (WordPress or Shopify).
Reporting experience with Google Analytics.
Affiliate outreach or event planning experience.
A background in the health and beauty industry.
