Director, Contracts Management- Power Generation

The Director, Contracts Management- Power Generation will lead the commercial strategy and contract positioning for high-value EPC agreements supporting islanded power and power generation solutions. The role focuses on complex agreements covering Behind-the-Meter systems, Battery Energy Storage Systems, engineering, construction, equipment, and related operations and maintenance services. You will work closely with executive leadership, Legal, Engineering, development, construction, operations, finance, and supply chain teams to manage commercial risk and support successful project execution. The position requires strong negotiation expertise, financial and analytical capabilities, and a deep understanding of complex infrastructure contracts. You will manage multiple strategic agreements in a fast-paced environment while establishing commercial standards, governance practices, and supplier relationships. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity within large-scale data center and critical infrastructure development.
