What You Will Do
**Master the art of phlebotomy** – Perform blood sample collection for at least 25% of your scheduled hours, becoming a pro at making patients feel comfortable and confident.
**Keep specimens moving** – Process and transport laboratory specimens and materials like a well-oiled machine, following established procedures to keep the lab running smoothly.
**Get it right, every time** – Conduct order entry and point of care testing with accuracy and efficiency, knowing your precision directly impacts patient outcomes.
**Be the friendly face** – Interact with patients, laboratory staff, and caregivers with genuine courtesy and professionalism, creating positive experiences that make a real difference.
**Collect with confidence** – Ensure safety and proficiency in specimen collection for all patient ages, from tiny tots to our senior patients, with skill and compassion.
Required Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Minimum of six months of phlebotomy experience
