Supply Chain Planner

Position Summary:
The OFP Planner is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted production by managing order fulfillment, critical parts planning, and supplier
coordination. The role focuses on backlog management, line-down avoidance, production scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration to
support on-time delivery and factory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage factory order fulfillment and ensure continuous production line support.
• Plan and track past-due/backlog orders and production-critical components.
• Monitor daily critical parts requirements and upcoming two-week production plans.
• Lead daily reviews and report-outs on missing parts and supply risks.
• Coordinate with suppliers to expedite deliveries and resolve shortages.
• Support buyers and suppliers with PFR requirements and supply commitments.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams to resolve material constraints.
• Strong understanding of SAP Master Scheduling, back-order tracking, MOQ, Safety Stock, Lot Size, and Rounding Values.
• Hands-on experience with SAP MM and project management tools/processes.
• Knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
• Basic GD&T and engineering drawing interpretation skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
