Contract Revit MEP Coordinator

From its London office, the team supports the full scope of MEP construction, including design engineering, CAD and BIM professionals, and operational and commercial roles within building services and wider construction projects.
Role Description This is a full-time remote contract role for a Revit MEP Coordinator. The Revit MEP Coordinator will manage the coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services within building projects, ensuring accurate and clash-free MEP models. Daily responsibilities include developing and maintaining Revit MEP models, integrating BIM standards, and collaborating closely with design engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to support project delivery. The role involves reviewing drawings and specifications, producing coordinated layouts, updating models based on design changes, and ensuring compliance with building services and project requirements. The coordinator will also support quality control of documentation, participate in coordination meetings, and contribute to efficient communication between project teams.
Qualifications | Experience
Candidates should possess strong skills in MEP Coordination and Building Services to manage multidisciplinary building services layouts effectively.
Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems and Plumbing to understand technical requirements and interfaces.
Candidates should possess practical experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM), including model integration and clash detection workflows.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Revit (MEP) and related CAD/BIM tools used in building services design and coordination.
Candidates should possess strong experience in Stage 5, full services MEP Coordination
Candidates should possess good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks within project deadlines.
Experience in UK building services or construction projects and familiarity with relevant standards and regulations is beneficial.
A technical qualification in building services engineering, mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related discipline is advantageous.
