Job Responsibilities:
Analyzing job requirements given by the client, mapping key skills in the job, and breaking the requirements into logical and coherent bullets.
Performing searches on given parameters of the job description, recruiting candidates, and ensuring qualification and submission of only the best-fit candidates to the client
Answering candidate and client queries
Closing the requirements given by the client by presenting top qualified talent
Other general duties as assigned
Work hours: 11 AM to 8 PM with flexibility for late evenings calls
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in IT recruitment, handling things end to end
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
Excellent communication skills
Experience working with MSP / VMS
Experience in using LinkedIn recruiter and LinkedIn Job postings
Previous Delivery / IT experience is a plus
Must have held responsibility to submit talent directly to client hiring managers
Strong logical and analytical ability
Creativity, strong ambition, and drive to achieve are critical in this position.
Experience working in a high-volume fast-paced work environment
Adaptable, flexible, and a fast learner
Maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
Ability to relate well with individuals, ability to motivate others
