Overview Of The Role
We are seeking a motivated and professional Senior Examinations Officer to join our Examinations team.
Reporting to the Examinations & Awarding Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality services aligned with NOCN's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of examinations.
Develop, review and maintain exam materials.
Ensure exams meet regulatory and quality standards.
Monitor and improve examination quality.
Manage and support external writers/reviewers.
Work with internal teams, exam centres and other stakeholders.
Support audits and ensure ongoing compliance.
Contribute to projects, policies and assessment strategies.
About You
Experience in exams/assessment and quality assurance.
Experience developing and evaluating examinations.
Education-sector experience.
Experience managing contractors or teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder skills.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Knowledge of assessment principles and exam regulations.
Good leadership, problem-solving and organisational skills.
