Eligible candidates: Non-Computer Science Engineering majors, including Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Manufacturing, Materials, Packaging, Biomedical, Chemical, Safety, Supply Chain, Bioengineering, Industrial, Petroleum, Aerospace, Construction Management, and Industrial & Systems Engineering.
Position Summary:
The position involves project coordination, manufacturing, and customer support.
Responsibilities:
● Manage cutlist projects from order submittal through delivery, serving as the primary
liaison between customers and the manufacturing plant while ensuring exceptional
customer service.
● Oversee project schedules, process orders, coordinate purchasing and production,
maintain accurate documentation and communicate updates to customers and internal
teams.
● Support customers with material issues, warranty requests, and claims while ensuring all
orders comply with approved sales documentation and company policies.

● Ability to cope with ambiguity and challenging situations
● Commitment to deliver the job and go beyond what is expected
● Ability to interact effectively and communicate with all levels of the organisation
● Ability to be organised and execute tasks in a timely manner
● Problem solving, logical thinking and sound judgement
● You should be no more than 12 months post-graduation and available to take up a
position no later than 30 September 2027
● You should have no more than 12 months’ work experience (not including university
placements, internships, summer jobs, etc.)
● You must be eligible to live and work permanently in the U.S
● You will need to have a Degree and/or Masters in a relevant discipline i.e.: Construction
Management or Project Management
● A good level of verbal and written English
● Driving Licence
● Willing to work full-time, in person
Compensation:
The compensation for this role is $70,000 per year.
