Professional Services Consultant

Tessaract.io is a cloud native legal practice management system. Built to equip law firms with the functionality they need today, and the AI tooling of the future, we are focussed on improving processes and helping our clients to operate as effectively as possible.
We are expanding in the UK and are building an implementation team that can work closely with law firms and other professional services clients, supported by our team in Singapore and offshore delivery teams.
The Implementation Consultant is responsible for the successful onboarding of new Tessaract clients in the UK. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, translating client requirements into practical Tessaract configurations, managing data migration activities, and supporting clients through testing, go live, and early adoption.
This role is suited to candidates with 1-3 years of experience who are comfortable working with data, business processes, and end users in a consulting environment.

Required qualifications and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, information systems, computer science, or a related discipline. Comparable experience will be considered.
1-3 years of experience in one or more of the following:
Implementation, configuration, or client facing delivery for a SaaS or business system preferred
Operations, finance, or systems support within a professional services firm, for example a law firm, consultancy, or similar.
Skills and competencies:
Competence with AI tools and the creative use of AI to simplify and expedite processes
Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including lookups, pivot tables, filters, and basic data cleaning for larger datasets.
Comfortable working with CSV files, import templates, and field mappings.
Ability to learn and work confidently within administration and configuration screens of a cloud application.
Experience with SQL, Python, JavaScript, APIs, or BI tools is an advantage, but not a requirement.
Structured approach to problem solving, with strong attention to detail when working with client and financial data.
Ability to manage personal workload across multiple clients or workstreams
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain system behaviour and process changes to non-technical users.
Strong client focus, with the ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
Curiosity to understand how clients operate and how technology can improve their processes.
