Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective fixes.
Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
Monitor system alerts and logs to detect potential issues before they impact business operations.
Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex problems.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
Good To Have Skills: AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
Experience in debugging and troubleshooting software applications to ensure optimal performance.
Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques to proactively identify issues.
Ability to analyze logs and error messages to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a methodical approach.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
This position is based at our Indore office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
