Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional in Loyalty Partnerships to manage our loyalty program initiatives in optimizing and expanding partnerships with both IndiGo and Partner Airlines. This role will be instrumental in driving the development and execution of partnership strategies, managing relationships with both IndiGo and partner airlines, and ensuring alignment with program objectives to achieve mutual growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the development of comprehensive program strategies that enhance member engagement, revenue generation, and overall program effectiveness.
Execution of partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with contractual terms and conditions and maximizing mutual benefit.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate marketing efforts, promotional activities, and joint initiatives with partner airlines.
Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success and impact of loyalty program for IndiGo and partner airlines. Example: member acquisitions, activations, engagements, incremental direct channel sales and driving incremental earn, burn initiatives for both host and partner airlines.
Analyze partnership performance data and market trends to derive actionable insights and optimize strategies for enhanced member satisfaction and program growth.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on both IndiGo and partner airlines’ performance for executive review and strategic planning purposes.
Prepare and manage the financial aspects of partnership initiatives, including budget planning, forecasting, and expenditure monitoring.
Provide mentorship to the loyalty partnerships team, fostering a high-performance culture and professional development opportunities.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, analytics, and operations, to achieve partnership objectives and drive program success.
Support a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the loyalty partnerships team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in partnership management, loyalty program management, or related fields, with a focus on airline partnerships.
Proven track record of successfully developing and executing strategic program and partnership initiatives that drive business results.
Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
Extensive experience in the airline industry or travel sector is highly desirable.
