Job Description:
Title: Physical Design Engineer
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term Contract
Years of Experience: 10 (Minimum)
Performs block-level implementation and optimization activities to achieve timing, power, area, and routing goals.
Required Skills:
Floorplanning and macro placement
Fusion Compiler expertise
Placement optimization
Understanding of ASIC implementation flow
Clock Tree Synthesis (CTS)
Timing analysis fundamentals
Routing and ECO implementation
CTS and routing concepts
Timing closure support
TCL, Perl, Python scripting
Congestion and utilization optimization
LEF/DEF, Liberty, Verilog knowledge
DFM and signoff fixes
Basic understanding of IR/EM and Physical Verification
