Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with an advanced degree being a plus. A minimum of 12 years of professional software development experience is required, demonstrating expertise in full-stack engineering and system architecture. Prior experience in securities, financial services, or organizations that prioritize engineering-first approaches is highly desirable. Candidates should have strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and designing RESTful and streaming APIs. Hands-on experience with cloud-native solutions, including microservices, containerization, and deployment patterns, is essential. Knowledge of NoSQL and distributed data stores, along with experience in leveraging AI-driven services such as GenAI or ML, is preferred. The candidate must demonstrate a deep understanding of responsible AI use, system scalability, and integration within enterprise platforms.
