About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our remote team on a contract basis. In this role, you will utilize your domain expertise to contribute to the training of next-generation AI systems. Your work will directly influence how AI models learn, reason, and perform by providing high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is necessary; your domain knowledge and software development skills are what matter most. You will be part of a collaborative environment where your contributions will help shape the future of AI technology, working alongside cross-functional teams to develop scalable and reliable software solutions.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in software development, with proficiency in one or more of the following: Python, Rust, GoLang, Java, Node.js, Android, iOS, or full-stack development.
Strong ability to build scalable, reliable, and maintainable software systems.
Experience working in remote, collaborative, and agile team environments.
Proficiency with modern development tools, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating clarity and professionalism.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a distributed setting.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain scalable back-end and full-stack applications utilizing Python, Rust, GoLang, Java, or Node.js, ensuring robustness and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions that adapt to evolving business needs.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices in software engineering.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing codebases to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability.
Participate actively in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural planning sessions to foster continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Contribute throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from initial concept and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Maintain clear and professional communication across distributed teams, ensuring transparency and effective collaboration.
