1. About Our Client:

The organization addresses challenges in early childhood development through professional development products and services aimed at early childhood professionals.
2. About the Opportunity:
The Marketing Specialist will support and lead integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and boost sales of early childhood professional development products and services. This role involves creating compelling content across multiple channels and managing marketing tools to deliver measurable results. The position is vital to driving the organization’s growth by collaborating with cross-functional teams and adapting strategies based on data and trends.
3. Responsibilities:
Support marketing and communications for professional development products, services, trainings, membership, and events
Lead omnichannel content creation including technical and creative writing for email, web, print, and digital ads
Create and execute segmented, data-driven email campaigns such as drip, membership retention/reactivation, event recruitment, lifecycle, and welcome series
Plan and implement website content marketing strategy, develop landing pages, lead generation forms, and conversion tools
Manage daily website content updates, maintenance, and performance with a focus on SEO/SEM and user experience
Develop paid digital advertising and retargeting campaigns, including ad creative, copy, audience targeting, and customized landing pages
Collaborate with marketing management and communications teams to coordinate digital campaign design and execution
Serve as primary contact for vendors and agencies as needed
Stay informed on marketing trends to guide future strategies
Travel 2-3 times per year for events, retreats, and meetings
Perform additional duties to support department efficiency and effectiveness
4. Requirements:
Strong writing skills for creative copy, presentations, storytelling, and collateral materials
Minimum 5 years of experience managing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results
Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketing Cloud
Content creation experience across digital, video, or print formats
Proficiency with Google marketing tools including AdWords, Analytics, and Search Console
Strong project management skills with attention to detail and deadline adherence
Experience working collaboratively across teams
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Self-directed, agile, and able to pivot strategies quickly
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Spanish fluency a plus
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital marketing, advertising, or related field
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Salary estimated mid $60,000s to mid $70,000s depending on experience, location, budget, and role scope
