Chemical Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a chemical engineer to support manufacturing, root cause analysis, and operations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize chemical process parameters to improve extrusion stability, cell structure, density control, and overall product performance.
Analyze raw material interactions and formulation performance to maximize yield, reduce scrap, and improve manufacturing consistency.
Lead process troubleshooting and root cause investigations on chemical, thermal, and mechanical variables impacting production efficiency and quality.
Support scale-up, process validation, and implementation of new technologies to increase capacity, reduce energy consumption, and enhance process capability across KINA operations.

Ability to cope with ambiguity and challenging situations

Ability to interact effectively and communicate with all levels of the organisation
Ability to be organised and execute tasks in a timely manner
Problem solving, logical thinking and sound judgement
You should be no more than 12 months post-graduation and available to take up a position no later than 30 September 2027
You should have no more than 12 months’ work experience (not including university placements, internships, summer jobs, etc.)
You must be eligible to live and work permanently in the U.S
Driving Licence

Compensation:
The compensation for this role is $78,000 per year.
