Senior Product Manager - Insights Platform

2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Product Manager - Insights Platform will lead the development of a new insights platform designed to empower administrators to manage their deployments more intelligently. This role is responsible for defining product vision, prioritizing features, and guiding execution in collaboration with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams. The position plays a key role in aligning product strategy with business objectives, advocating for customer needs, and driving growth by delivering valuable insights through the platform.
3. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a product roadmap balancing customer and internal priorities using data-driven insights
Collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones in an Agile environment
Understand and empathize with the administrator user persona
Manage cross-functional coordination for feature delivery
Collect and analyze usage data to support decision making and track key results
4. Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager
Ability to create user-friendly experiences for complex technical products, especially agentic AI
Strong understanding of databases, data warehousing, data lakes, and related data infrastructure products
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven record of delivering results in fast-paced settings
Experience with usage and subscription management or automated telemetry collection
Willingness to travel up to 25% for onboarding, offsites, customer engagements, and events
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Pay range for this role is $180,000 to $215,000 USD
Compensation may include variable pay such as commission or bonus
Equity packages (ISOs) and comprehensive benefits are provided
Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, education, and location
