Senior ZTNA Automation Engineer – Python / Palo Alto Prisma Access API
Location: Germany – Remote
Engagement: Long-term Contract / Freelance
Level: Senior
Mandatory location requirement
Candidates must currently live and be resident in Germany.
The project is remote, but professionals located outside Germany cannot be considered.
Role
TH3RA Consulting is looking for a Senior ZTNA Automation Engineer combining strong cybersecurity and networking knowledge with development and automation expertise.
This is not a traditional software-development position. The role requires someone who understands enterprise networking, Zero Trust and security platforms and can automate their configuration and operation.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain automation for enterprise ZTNA infrastructure.
Develop Python-based automation.
Integrate with Palo Alto Prisma Access APIs.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Automate security and network configuration.
Integrate APIs and enterprise security services.
Support API testing and validation.
Contribute to Zero Trust architecture and engineering.
Troubleshoot automation and platform issues.
Produce structured technical documentation.
Support L3 engineering and production transition.
