Mechanical Engineering Intern

Role Overview:
We are looking for a mechanical engineering intern to support product development and
laboratory research. As a Mechanical Engineering Co-op at Valves and Integrated Process
Solutions, you will partner with Engineering, Tech-Ops to contribute to the testing, development
and design of existing and new products. In this role, you will report to the Sr.
Program Highlights:
● 6-month co-op assignment within a functional area of the company a comprehensive and
engaging experience from before your program starts to after the program ends.

● Intern/Co-op Term: This is a 6-month internship/co-op beginning in January 2027.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
● Participate in Lab test set-up and perform experiments
● Work with 3D CAD, learning basics of CAM/CNC to support prototyping
● Collaborate with a diverse, dynamic, multifunctional team environment
Required Qualifications:
● Enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program for Mechanical Engineering
● Completed 2nd or 3rd year
● Honesty, Enthusiasm and Adaptability
● Driven to succeed
● Excellent communication skills
● Experience with SolidWorks/Inventor
● Demonstrated examples of mechanical aptitude in coursework or other activities
● Presentation of projects either course related or outside interests
Compensation:
The compensation for this role is $23.00–$31.00 per hour.
