Are you a confident leader with a strong security background? We're looking for a Defence Supervisor to lead daily operations at a Defence site, where professionalism, accountability, and leadership make a difference every day.
This is a key leadership role where you'll be the central point of contact between employees, management, and Defence representatives, ensuring the delivery of safe, compliant, and exceptional security services.

As a Defence Supervisor, you'll play an important role in fostering a positive team culture, supporting the development of others, and creating an environment where people can perform at their best.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead and supervise daily site operations to deliver a professional, reliable, and customer-focused security service.
Ensure compliance with Defence standards, post orders, contractual obligations, company policies, and relevant legislation.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build capability and confidence in their Access Control Officer (ACO) roles.
Promote a positive safety culture, ensuring compliance with all workplace health and safety requirements and operational procedures.
Respond confidently to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations, making sound decisions under pressure.
Build strong working relationships with Defence representatives, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Champion our Values and role model our Leadership Charter by leading with passion, attitude, teamwork, performance and integrity.
What We're Looking For
Current minimum NV1 Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Australian Citizenship (required).
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience within the security industry.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Commitment to compliance, continuous improvement, and maintaining high professional standards.
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
