Apparel Sales Manager

APPAREL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Location: Remote, anywhere in the U.S. | Base salary: $80,000–$100,000 | Commission: Uncapped
Position Overview
We’re hiring 2–3 sales representatives to develop new business with apparel brands, retailers, and companies creating their own clothing lines. You’ll sell to customers nationwide, with production and post-sale logistics handled for you.
This role calls for apparel industry experience, relationships with relevant buyers, and a track record of at least $2 million in personal sales.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and build relationships with apparel brands, private-label teams, retailers, and buyers.
Present production capabilities and identify opportunities based on customer needs.
Manage the sales process from first conversation through quotation, negotiation, and close.
Maintain a pipeline and develop repeat business.
What You’ll Bring
3+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience in apparel or a closely related industry.
Experience selling to companies that develop their own clothing brands or product lines.
At least $2 million in personal sales.
The ability to prospect, manage a pipeline, and close business independently.
Existing relationships with apparel buyers, brands, retailers, or sourcing teams are a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
$80,000–$100,000 base salary, based on sales history.
Uncapped commission tied to profit margin.
