About The Role
In this role, you will join a large international public-sector environment and support complex digital transformation initiatives as a Project Manager with strong Business Analysis expertise.
You will manage IT projects end to end, covering planning, scope, budget, risks, quality, stakeholders, and delivery, while also eliciting requirements, modelling business processes, and translating business needs into functional specifications.
Responsibilities
Manage complex IT and migration projects from initiation to delivery
Develop and maintain project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and risks
Track delivery progress, costs, timelines, and resource usage, taking corrective action where needed
Manage change control, stakeholder communication, governance, and status reporting
Lead project teams, coordinate activities, review deliverables, and resolve delivery issues
Work closely with business stakeholders on project justification, definition, and implementation
Elicit, validate, and document business requirements
Translate business needs into functional specifications
Analyze and model business processes using BPMN and UML
Create mockups, wireframes, and process diagrams
Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
Support data querying, analysis, and validation in relational databases
Requirements
University degree corresponding to EQF Level 7, typically a Master’s degree or equivalent
10+ years of professional IT experience
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
5+ years of project planning experience
10+ years of experience in business model analysis and modelling
10+ years of experience in requirements elicitation
10+ years of experience with UML
10+ years of experience with BPMN
10+ years of experience with Jira
10+ years of experience with MS Project
5+ years of experience working in Agile environments
5+ years of experience with mockup and wireframing tools such as Balsamiq, Figma, or Gliffy
5+ years of experience with relational database querying, analysis, and validation
Strong knowledge of PM2, PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, and Lean Agile practices
Experience with project scheduling, strategic planning, and performance tracking
Strong knowledge of information systems
Experience with diagramming, modelling, and wireframing tools
Very good English proficiency at C1 level or higher
French or German will be a plus
Experience in public administration or European standardization will be a plus
CERTIFICATION
One of the following or equivalent:
PM2
PMP
PRINCE2
