> 🚀 We’re Hiring | Mobile App Product & Growth Manager
> We are looking for an entrepreneurial Product & Growth Leader to scale the Piramal Finance mobile app into a primary customer acquisition, servicing, and cross-sell engine.
> The Mandate
> * Own the Full Funnel: Drive core North Star metrics across app acquisition, onboarding activation, daily/monthly active engagement, and self-serve adoption.
> * Product-Led Growth (PLG): Transform the mobile app from a transactional touchpoint into an organic growth and cross-sell engine (loans, servicing, credit health).
> * Ruthless Friction Removal: Champion extreme simplicity, vernacular ease, and seamless user journeys across diverse customer cohorts.
> * Cross-Functional Execution: Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Analytics, Credit, and Business Ops to ship fast, measure iteratively, and own P&L/business outcomes.
> What We’re Looking For
> * 7–10 years in Product Management with a heavy focus on mobile app growth (B2C, Fintech, Consumer Tech, or Neobanking).
> * Proven track record of moving metrics on retention cohorts, D1/D30 engagement, and conversion funnels at scale.
> * Deep experimentation mindset: comfortable designing A/B tests, funnel instrumentation (Amplitude/Mixpanel/CleverTap), and rapid feature iteration.
> Location: eMumbai
