Head of Admissions – Engineering Program

ISBR is looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to join our team as Head of Admissions – Engineering Program at our Bengaluru campus.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the end-to-end admissions process for the Engineering Program, ensuring the achievement of enrolment targets.
Develop and implement effective admission strategies to drive student recruitment and increase conversions.
Manage the complete admission funnel, from lead generation and counselling to application processing and final enrolment.
Lead, mentor, and monitor the admissions team to ensure operational efficiency and target achievement.
Establish and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, educational consultants, and other relevant stakeholders to expand the student recruitment network.
Plan and execute admission campaigns, outreach activities, education fairs, and promotional events.
Monitor admission leads, conversion ratios, enrolment trends, and team performance to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective student recruitment initiatives.
Ensure a smooth and seamless admission experience for prospective students and their parents.
Prepare regular admission reports, track performance against targets, and provide updates to senior management.
Candidate Requirements:
Relevant experience in admissions, preferably in engineering or higher education.
Proven experience in managing admission teams and achieving enrolment targets.
Strong understanding of student recruitment, admission processes, and lead conversion strategies.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to develop and execute effective admission strategies.
