Robert Bosch (Pty) Ltd is seeking a recently qualified graduate to be mentored in Human Resources, hosted within our Human Resources Department. The successful applicants will gain practical experience and mentorship across the following key areas:
Payroll
Assist with processing payroll data and maintaining accurate employee records
Support salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliance requirements
Maintain payroll documentation and ensure data integrity
Respond to employee payroll-related queries under supervision
Training and Development
Support the coordination and delivery of training programes
Coordinate training schedules, resources, and participant records
Support performance management and employee development initiatives
Requirements
Completed Matric / Grade 12
Degree or diploma in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology or any other relevant Degree/Diploma
