Role Description The Regional Head/Manager will oversee JobBricks’ operations and growth within the Nashik region in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role includes managing regional business development, cultivating relationships with employer partners, and driving adoption of JobBricks’ talent solutions. The Regional Head/Manager will lead and mentor a local team, set performance targets, and monitor key metrics related to placements, client satisfaction, and revenue. Day-to-day responsibilities involve coordinating with internal teams, planning regional marketing and outreach activities, resolving operational issues, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for job seekers and employers. The role also requires market analysis to identify opportunities, competitive trends, and strategic initiatives to expand JobBricks’ presence in Nashik.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in regional operations management, business development, or sales leadership within recruitment, HR services, or related industries.
Strong skills in stakeholder management, client relationship building, and partnership development with local businesses and institutions.
Proven ability in team leadership, performance management, and coaching to achieve regional targets and service quality standards.
Competence in market analysis, strategic planning, and execution of regional growth initiatives.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to represent JobBricks professionally in external forums.
Results-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
Familiarity with recruitment platforms, HR technology, or talent management processes is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Nashik, travel within the region as needed, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
