YOUR NEW ROLE:
The purpose of this role is to support the Team in the below key strategic priorities –
Projects and Initiatives - supporting the planning, management and delivery of projects and initiatives to improve the customer experience, uplift controls and risk management and enable colleagues in new ways of working.
Business optimisation and maintenance - supporting the regular maintenance and updating of process maps , work instructions , risk and control registers, training content, share -point sites etc. as part of projects , initiatives, risk reviews or ongoing business needs
Reporting – delivering regular business reporting to stakeholders
Ad hoc business analysis and project management - delivering ad hoc support as part of business analysis or project management
The role requires experience in project management, problem solving, solution design, change management, developing rollout plans , training, process maps and work instructions.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Minimum 7+ years of in Global Banking and Financial services with strong understanding of Banking Operations
Direct 4+ years’ experience in business analysis, project management or change management
Business analysis / project management/ change experience
Growth mindset , deliver under pressure, adapt to feedback and changing business priorities
Strategic and critical thinking skills
Ability to create and manage project plans and risk registers
Ability to translate complex concepts into simple and effective training and comms material using MS PowerPoint or other digital tools , with excellent attention to detail
Strong prioritisation and time management skills
Skilled in creating /updating process maps and work instructions
Skilled in creating and updating sharepoint pages.
Skilled in engaging stakeholders and SMEs independently.
