Join Bosch Global Software Technologies Vietnam (BGSV) and work on embedded software solutions for next-generation automotive technologies.
We are looking for 20 experienced Embedded Software Engineers who are passionate about automotive technology and want to contribute to complex, global engineering projects.
Q4 JOINING BONUS
Candidates with 4+ years of relevant experience who join BGSV by 31 December 2026 will receive a Joining Bonus equivalent to 1 month’s gross salary, subject to program eligibility and terms & conditions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Design, develop, integrate, and test embedded software for automotive applications
Develop software using C/C++ on embedded platforms
Work with microcontrollers, embedded operating systems, device drivers, and communication protocols
Analyze software requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions
Perform debugging, root-cause analysis, optimization, and software integration
Contribute to software architecture, design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions
Collaborate with cross-functional and international engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle
Ensure software quality through appropriate development, testing, and documentation practices
Depending on the project, work with automotive standards and development processes such as AUTOSAR, ASPICE, ISO 26262, or cybersecurity
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field
4+ years of relevant experience in Embedded Software Development
Strong programming skills in Embedded C/C++
Solid understanding of microcontrollers, embedded systems, memory, interrupts, peripherals, and real-time software concepts
Hands-on experience in one or more areas such as:
AUTOSAR Classic / Adaptive
Embedded Linux / Linux BSP / Yocto
RTOS / Device Drivers / Low-level Software
CAN / LIN / Ethernet / Automotive Communication
Diagnostics / UDS
Functional Safety / Cybersecurity
Software Integration, Testing & Validation
Experience with debugging and development tools such as CANoe/CANalyzer, Lauterbach, JTAG, or equivalent is an advantage
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Good English communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment
Automotive domain experience is highly preferred
