Teamd is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team and work closely with solution architects, functional consultants, and clients to design, develop, and optimize Salesforce platforms.
Clear communication, active collaboration, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are essential.
What you’ll do
Work with clients, functional consultants, and solution architects to understand business requirements and translate them into technical Salesforce solutions.
Design, develop, test, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions.
Participate in requirement discussions, solution analysis, workshops, and technical meetings.
Clearly explain technical concepts, solution options, limitations, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Own the technical aspects of projects from analysis and development through deployment and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and effectively delivered.
Contribute to presales discussions and provide technical input when required.
Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients and internal teams.
Stay updated with Salesforce best practices and emerging technologies.
Share knowledge and support the growth of the wider technical team.
What we’re looking for
5+ years of experience in CRM/ERP software development.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and database-based application development.
Good knowledge of Salesforce development and integration concepts.
Knowledge of JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable leading or participating in client discussions, requirement workshops, and technical presentations.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, structured, and business-friendly manner.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
A proactive team player who takes ownership and communicates clearly throughout the project lifecycle.
