Role Description As an Artificial Intelligence Intern at Weskill, you will support the design, development, and evaluation of AI and data-driven solutions used in training content and internal tools. On a day-to-day basis, you may work on collecting and preprocessing datasets, experimenting with machine learning models, and documenting your methodology and results. You will collaborate with mentors and team members to implement algorithms in code, test model performance, and help improve existing AI workflows. The internship role is remote, allowing you to contribute from any location while participating in virtual meetings, code reviews, and project discussions.
Qualifications
Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software development concepts.
Analytical Skills and familiarity with Data Science practices such as data cleaning, exploratory analysis, and basic statistical reasoning.
Understanding of Machine Learning principles, model training and evaluation, and common ML libraries or frameworks.
Programming skills in languages commonly used in AI and data science (such as Python, R, or similar), and ability to write clear, maintainable code.
Currently enrolled in or recently completed an undergraduate program in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics).
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
Interest in education technology, online learning, and applying AI solutions to enhance training experiences.
