About the Company
This role is for an exclusive private members’ club offering an exceptional blend of luxury hospitality, dining, leisure and social experiences. Known for its refined ambience and discerning membership, it provides a sophisticated setting for both business and leisure.
We seek a strong Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) who can focus on the on Banqueting, Events and Outdoor Catering (ODC), while ensuring smooth operations across the club’s restaurants and bar. The position will also be responsible for driving banquet sales, developing new business opportunities and maximizing F&B revenue.
Requirements for this role
Minimum 11 - 12 years of experience in hospitality with a background in F&B
Candidates must already be based in Mumbai, with a strong understanding of the local HNI clientele and an established network of relevant contacts and relationships across the city
A degree/diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field would be preferred.
Strong team leadership and people-management skills, with experience managing diverse operational teams.
Strong experience in member/guest relations, preferably within a private members’ club or highly personalized luxury environment.
Excellent understanding of luxury service standards, attention to detail, and personalized service.
Strong networking and sales capabilities, with a proven ability to leverage relationships and drive membership and F&B revenue growth.
Prior experience as F&B Director in luxury hotels or resorts in Mumbai will be an advantage
