1.Manage end-to-end depot operations, including receipt, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch.2.Ensure timely and accurate order execution and delivery to customers/dealers.3.Plan and monitor primary and secondary transportation to optimize vehicle utilization, freight cost, and delivery timelines.4.Ensure optimum inventory levels and minimize stock ageing, shortages, damages, and excess inventory.5.Monitor depot MIS, logistics KPIs, freight costs, inventory accuracy, OTIF, and service levels.6.Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Plants, Finance, and Transporters for smooth operations.7.Manage and evaluate transporters, 3PL partners, and warehouse service providers.8.Drive logistics cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.9.Ensure proper documentation for dispatches, invoices, e-way bills, PODs, stock transfers, and transportation records.10.Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation with system inventory
