As a Workday Technical- Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative solutions within our Digital Core Modernisation network. This role involves leveraging your skills in Workday technology to provide strategic insights and support to our clients, helping them navigate complex business challenges. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, maintaining professional and technical standards while using critical thinking to break down complex concepts.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Finance Technology - Workday FINS ERP team, working within our Business Application Consulting practice. You will have the opportunity to enhance your personal brand and technical skills by navigating complex situations and anticipating the needs of your teams and clients. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will use these moments as opportunities to grow, asking questions and using reflection to develop self-awareness and address development areas.
Responsibilities
Leading the implementation and optimization of Workday solutions to support client business transformation initiatives
Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and translating them into Workday configurations and integrations
Utilizing Workday Studio and Workday Integration to develop and deploy custom solutions that enhance client operations
Analyzing complex data sets using Workday Prism Analytics to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making
Managing Workday Projects to deliver on-time and within scope, while addressing any challenges that arise
Developing and maintaining Workday Reporting and Analytics to support client reporting requirements and improve data visibility
Engaging in strategic technology planning to align Workday solutions with client business objectives
Facilitating AI-human collaboration to enhance the functionality and efficiency of Workday applications
Promoting process improvement and optimization through the use of digital tooling and design automation techniques
Supporting team development by mentoring junior team members and fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment
What You Must Have
At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 4 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to technical architecture and integrations, including Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, Security, or related platform technology credentials
Demonstrating proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Reporting and Analytics
Utilizing strategic technology planning to enhance Workday projects
Excelling in analytical thinking and process optimization
Embracing change and digital tooling for business transformation
Developing AI-human collaboration skills for innovative solutions
