As a MS - IT Infra/Cloud - Senior Associate you will support cloud operations work focused on monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing practices that help maintain availability and steady performance across client infrastructure environments within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, build client connections, and guide junior team members while developing technical skills and business context in a role that calls for critical thinking, clear communication, and comfort with ambiguity. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to infrastructure automation and CSI activities, use cloud and operations tools to resolve issues, interpret data for insights and recommendations, and help deliver work that aligns with broader managed services objectives at PwC Acceleration Center India.
Responsibilities
Monitoring cloud infrastructure performance and availability across client environments
Troubleshooting infrastructure issues and restoring service through structured analysis and resolution steps
Automating operational tasks using cloud administration tools, scripting, and digital tooling
Supporting cloud service delivery activities across Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform
Implementing cloud compliance, security, and performance monitoring practices within managed services workstreams
Analyzing operational data from observability platforms such as Splunk, Dynatrace APM, or Performance Monitor
Contributing to cloud migration, infrastructure optimization, and service management initiatives
Coordinating with client teams to clarify requirements, track issues, and communicate progress on assigned workstreams
Mentoring junior team members and reviewing assigned tasks for accuracy and consistency
What You Must Have
At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
Demonstrating cloud operations support across infrastructure automation
Applying AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform knowledge
Utilizing CloudOps monitoring, troubleshooting, and service delivery tools
