As a Cloud Operations Senior Associate you will support cloud infrastructure and automation activities within our Cloud Operations practice, helping manage monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementation efforts that keep client systems running smoothly. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, build meaningful client connections, and guide junior team members while navigating ambiguity and growing your technical skills and personal brand. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to infrastructure automation and CSI workstreams, use critical thinking to break down system issues, interpret data to inform recommendations, and maintain professional and technical standards across assigned client support activities.
Responsibilities
Managing cloud infrastructure and automation workstreams across client support engagements
Monitoring cloud operations, performance, and service availability while identifying issues early
Troubleshooting infrastructure and cloud platform incidents using analytical and technical skills
Implementing automation scripts and tooling to streamline administration tasks and repeatable processes
Supporting cloud migration, configuration, and optimization activities across AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform environments
Applying observability tools such as Dynatrace APM or Splunk to interpret system data and diagnose service disruptions
Maintaining cloud compliance, access controls, and operating procedures for managed services environments
Collaborating with client teams to clarify requirements, review deliverables, and adapt to changing priorities
Guiding junior team members on technical tasks, issue resolution steps, and service delivery activities
What You Must Have
At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
Experience supporting cloud operations or infrastructure automation
Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Using cloud administration tools for troubleshooting and service delivery
Applying critical thinking to complex infrastructure issues
