Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to support the technical implementation of a DevSecOps transformation engagement, covering Phase 1 (Foundation) and Phase 2 (Integrate & Mature).
The role will focus on stabilizing and governing the Azure DevOps (ADO) and GitHub Enterprise environment, building and managing CI/CD pipelines, and integrating platforms such as Power BI, Power Platform, Terraform, Ansible AWX, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
The position also involves leveraging Azure-native AI and agentic automation capabilities, including Azure AI Foundry, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and ADO-integrated automation, to improve delivery speed and reduce manual effort.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and manage Azure DevOps organizations, repositories, pipelines, service connections, and environments.
Design, develop, and maintain YAML-based CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
Manage GitHub Enterprise, including Actions, branch protection, CODEOWNERS, and PAT governance.
Deploy, configure, and secure Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments.
Implement RBAC, network policies, and security controls across Azure and AKS environments.
Develop and manage infrastructure using Terraform.
Implement configuration management and automation using Ansible AWX.
Integrate Power BI, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio with DevOps CI/CD workflows.
Work with Power Platform Build Tools and ALM for environment lifecycle management.
Build and maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, and operational visibility using Azure Monitor and Microsoft Sentinel.
Use GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding assistants to accelerate development and DevOps delivery.
Explore and implement Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and AI Builder for workflow automation.
Identify opportunities to use AI agents and automation to reduce manual DevOps activities.
Collaborate with Security Engineers, Project/Technical Managers, and third-party vendors.
Ensure appropriate security controls and governance at integration boundaries.
Follow an Agile and iterative delivery approach with measurable outcomes at each phase.
Mandatory Skills
5+ years of DevOps / Platform Engineering experience in Azure environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO):

Strong YAML CI/CD pipeline development experience.

Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding assistants.
Exposure to Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or AI Builder.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400) or equivalent.
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104).
GitHub Actions / GitHub Advanced Security certification.
Experience integrating ServiceNow CMDB with DevOps workflows.
Experience working with third-party vendors and enterprise security controls.
