Purchase Executive – Modular Interior Industry
Location: Gurugram (Manesar)
Experience: 2–6 Years
CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA

Job Summary
We are looking for a Purchase Executive with experience in the modular interior/interior industry to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, material sourcing, and timely availability of materials as per project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle end-to-end **purchase and procurement activities** for modular/interior projects.
* Source and procure materials such as **plywood, MDF, laminates, hardware, fittings, accessories, and other interior materials**.
* Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
* Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial terms.
* Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of materials.
* Coordinate with project, design, production, and warehouse teams for material requirements.
* Compare quotations and prepare comparative statements for procurement decisions.
* Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, and procurement reports.
* Monitor material quality, quantity, and delivery timelines.
* Follow up with vendors regarding pending orders and resolve supply-related issues.
* Maintain effective vendor relationships and support cost optimization.
Requirements
* 2–4 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
* **Experience in Modular Interior / Interior Industry is mandatory.**
* Good knowledge of interior materials, hardware, fittings, and accessories.
* Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
* Good knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet project timelines.
