Role Description The Director will provide strategic leadership and oversight for recruitment operations, HR consulting services, and client engagement at ProHire HR Solution LLP. This full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India involves defining business strategy, setting performance goals, and ensuring high-quality delivery of recruitment and advisory projects. The Director will lead and mentor cross-functional teams, develop and maintain key client relationships, and drive business development initiatives to expand the firm’s market presence. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing pipeline and project status, guiding executive search assignments, optimizing processes and technology, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment regulations and organizational policies. The Director will collaborate with senior stakeholders to improve service offerings, enhance candidate and client experience, and support the overall growth and reputation of the firm.
Qualifications
Strong leadership, people management, and team development skills, with experience guiding multidisciplinary recruitment or consulting teams.
Expertise in recruitment strategy, talent acquisition, and workforce planning, preferably in executive search and multi-industry hiring environments.
Proven ability in client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and business development, including account growth and new client acquisition.
Solid grounding in HR consulting domains such as organization design, HR policy advisory, performance management, and talent strategy.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers and represent the firm professionally.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, including comfort with using data and metrics to drive operational improvements.
Experience managing budgets, setting KPIs, and implementing process improvements and technology-enabled recruitment solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree (e.g., MBA in HR or equivalent) is highly beneficial.
Significant senior-level experience in recruitment, HR consulting, or related professional services; prior Director or equivalent leadership experience is preferred.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring and advisory practices.
