Role Overview
As a Clinic Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from check-in to check-out. You'll support clinic operations by managing patient registration, insurance verification, and financial responsibilities, while contributing to a culture of service excellence. What You Will Do
Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate registration and insurance verification.
Handle cash collections and discuss general financial responsibilities with patients.
Reconcile patient charts and manage discharge processes efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and clinic staff.
Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills, including navigating software, email, and logging in/out of systems.
Ability to perform calculations and complete forms accurately.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, staff, and visitors.
Demonstrated ability to work with detailed information and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with a clinic environment.
