Project & Mobilisation Manager

Support the mobilisation of new contracts, contract refreshes and retention projects, helping ensure they are delivered smoothly and consistently.
Coordinate mobilisation plans, timelines and key activities, working closely with Operations Teams and central support functions.
Act as a central point of coordination for mobilisation activity, helping teams stay aligned, informed and supported.
Facilitate regular mobilisation and project check‑ins, providing clear updates on progress, actions and next steps.
Champion BaxterStorey mobilisation tools, templates and ways of working, keeping delivery structured but practical.
Help identify risks, challenges and dependencies early, working collaboratively with teams to resolve them.
Support Operations with mobilisation planning, resourcing considerations and first‑line assessment of support needs.
Ensure effective handover into Operations, helping teams feel confident, informed and set up for success.
Work closely with subject matter experts across HR, Finance, H&S, IT, Brand and Marketing to support joined‑up delivery.
Capture learning from mobilisations and contribute ideas to continually improve how we deliver projects.
Support ad‑hoc projects that help improve efficiency, consistency and the overall experience for our teams and clients.
Experience supporting or managing contract mobilisations or operational projects, ideally within hospitality, contract catering or a similar environment.
Strong organisational skills and confidence coordinating multiple workstreams at the same time.
A collaborative, people‑focused approach, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style for different audiences.
A practical understanding of project delivery and structured ways of working.
Good commercial awareness, with an appreciation of budgets, costs and operational realities.
A proactive mindset, with a willingness to roll sleeves up and support where needed.
Flexibility to travel as required.
