Our Corporate Development and Strategy team is at the heart of Dell Technologies. It deals with a wide range of initiatives including new business opportunities, mergers & acquisitions, partnerships, alliances and joint ventures. Providing leadership in design, planning and due diligence, they lead the corporate development of our global business to help achieve our long-term growth objectives. They also keep us ahead of the curve by analyzing trends and developments in markets and technology before translating them into strategic operational plans.
What you’ll achieve:
We are seeking an exceptional leader and a forward thinker for our PC Engineering and Services team. The Consultant will play a critical role in shaping the business strategy of our PC Engineering and Services team. They will work on multiple cross-functional projects related to client and enterprise Dell Technologies products for consumer and commercial customers. They will partner with our established team of product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to manage a portfolio of customer-facing and internal-facing software. They should embody the urgency to deliver modern solutions that maximize value to customers and Dell Technologies.

Essential Requirements
3+ years of related experience in a management consulting role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3+ years with a Master’s degree
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach for identifying and addressing business challenges
Exceptional written and verbal communication, to clearly articulate advanced concepts
Strong understanding of financial metrics, business acumen, and strategic frameworks
Comfort with managing ambiguity while driving results
Demonstrated leadership experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams
Deep understanding of the technology industry and its evolving landscape
Knowledge of product management, agile development, and services operations processes and methodologies
Desirable Requirements
3+ combined years of relevant education and work experience
Previous experience in management consulting
Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $168,000 to $218,000
