ICT Engagements Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Coordinate ICT projects, initiatives, and engagements throughout the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring timely delivery of agreed outcomes and managing multiple initiatives in parallel.
Develop and maintain project management artefacts, including scope, work packages, plans, schedules, milestones, acceptance criteria, status reports, dashboards, and project control records, in line with PM², Agile, or other recognized delivery methodologies.
Monitor and coordinate project progress, resources, risks, issues, changes, dependencies, and decisions, ensuring appropriate governance, reporting, escalation, and resolution of cross-functional blockers.
Coordinate collaboration across multiple ICT domains, including networks, cloud and data centre services, cybersecurity, databases, identity and access management (IAM), workplace services, monitoring, service desk, and operations.
Facilitate technical scoping, readiness, testing, acceptance, operational readiness, service transition, and implementation activities, ensuring alignment between technical and business requirements.
Organise and facilitate project meetings, workshops, status reviews, and decision-making sessions, maintaining clear documentation, action tracking, decision logs, and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders, technical teams, suppliers, consultants, and specialist functions, ensuring effective management of cross-functional dependencies.
Support procurement and supplier management activities, including the preparation of procurement documentation, statements of work, requests for services, terms of reference, supplier mobilisation, contract implementation, and tracking of deliverables and contractual commitments.
Maintain governance and reporting processes, including project repositories, status reporting, action, decision, dependency, and change logs, and management briefing materials.
Coordinate knowledge transfer, project closure, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives, promoting effective reporting practices, standardised templates, and knowledge reuse.
Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including at 3 years of experience coordinating ICT projects, technical initiatives, or infrastructure-related activities in a similar role.
At least 1 certificate among PM², PRINCE2, PMP or an equivalent certification
Proven experience coordinating at least two ICT infrastructure projects or initiatives involving multiple technical domains and stakeholders.
Experience managing dependencies across several ICT domains, including networks, cloud/data centres, databases, identity and access management (IAM), workplace/end-user services, cybersecurity, architecture, monitoring, and service operations.
Strong knowledge of the ICT project lifecycle, governance frameworks, and delivery methodologies, including PM² or equivalent.
Good understanding of ICT infrastructure environments and their interactions, covering networks, cloud and data centre services, databases, IAM, workplace services, monitoring, and operations.
Experience supporting supplier engagement, procurement activities, technical documentation, proofs of concept (PoCs), contract implementation, and stakeholder coordination within an ICT environment.
Good knowledge of planning, tracking, and control practices, including schedules, milestones, action logs, decision logs, dependency management, change management, scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
Good understanding of ICT service management, operational readiness, change management, service transition, and the handover of solutions into operations.
Practical experience with project and service management tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Jira, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, or equivalent platforms.
Strong analytical, organisational, communication, facilitation, reporting, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with technical teams, managers, business stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners.
Very good command of English (minimum B2 level).
