We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to co-own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for provider-facing, site-side capabilities within Oracle Health Data Intelligence and Life Sciences.
This role will initially focus on two related provider solutions: Clinical Trial Matching and an AI-powered point-of-care clinical evidence experience. You will define how these products help providers identify relevant clinical trials for patients and access tailored, trusted clinical insights within their existing workflows.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Own product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for provider-facing clinical intelligence capabilities.
Work with team to lead the product direction for Clinical Trial Matching, helping health systems identify potentially eligible patients and surface relevant clinical trials based on patient conditions, clinical context, and available system data.
Shape the evolution of an AI-enabled point-of-care product that helps clinicians access tailored patient insights, current clinical guidelines, and relevant care considerations.
Define product requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria in partnership with engineering, UX, clinical informatics, data science, and design teams.
Conduct customer and market discovery with providers, health systems, research sites, and beta customers to validate needs and prioritize investments.
Guide products through beta testing, launch readiness, and general availability, incorporating customer feedback and measurable product outcomes.
Build a differentiated product experience through Oracle Health’s EHR integration, bringing actionable clinical and research intelligence directly into provider workflows.
Partner with clinical, privacy, security, legal, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure products meet HIPAA, responsible AI, clinical safety, and healthcare compliance requirements.
Assess competitive offerings—including clinical evidence and AI decision-support tools—and translate market insights into clear product positioning and roadmap decisions.
Communicate product vision, tradeoffs, customer needs, and delivery priorities to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Mentor and collaborate with product managers across the organization while serving as a senior individual contributor.
What You’ll Bring
8+ years of product management experience, preferably with enterprise healthcare technology, life sciences technology, clinical research, or data-driven SaaS products.
Demonstrated ownership of a product strategy and roadmap from discovery through launch and iteration.
Experience building products for providers, health systems, clinical research organizations, life sciences customers, or other healthcare environments.
Deep familiarity with one or more of the following:
Clinical trial matching, clinical research, or patient recruitment technology
Provider workflows, clinical decision support, or point-of-care tools
EHR-integrated products or healthcare interoperability
Clinical evidence platforms, such as UpToDate, Wolters Kluwer, OpenEvidence, or comparable solutions
Experience working with AI-enabled products, clinical data, analytics, or decision-support experiences.
Ability to translate complex clinical, technical, and customer needs into simple, effective product experiences.
Strong customer discovery, product analytics, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across engineering, UX, data science, clinical, commercial, and executive teams.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Oracle Health, Cerner, or another major EHR platform.
Experience launching healthcare products in regulated environments.
Background in clinical informatics, clinical research, healthcare administration, public health, life sciences, or health IT.
Familiarity with healthcare privacy, security, HIPAA, clinical governance, and responsible AI.
Experience with academic medical centers, integrated delivery networks, clinical research sites, or large provider organizations.
Advanced degree in business, healthcare administration, informatics, public health, medicine, nursing, life sciences, or a related field.
Work Authorization
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 - $209,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
