Role & Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, syllabus-aligned Chemistry lessons for CBSE Grades 9 & 10, ensuring conceptual clarity and exam readiness.
Design and execute classroom experiments, demonstrations, and lab activities following safety protocols and curriculum guidelines.
Create and grade assessments, homework, and practice tests—using results to adapt teaching methods and address learning gaps.
Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings and provide progress reports to support student development.
Collaborate with subject heads to align lesson plans, revise curriculum content, and improve pedagogy based on student performance trends.
Maintain a positive, disciplined classroom environment that encourages curiosity, participation, and scientific inquiry.
