About the Opportunity:
The DEVOPS ENGINEER role supports the deployment and management of the organization's AI platform in client environments, particularly the on-premises infrastructure. The position is responsible for ensuring the infrastructure's scalability, performance, and reliability across multiple cloud providers and on-premises setups. This role contributes to the organization by enabling smooth deployment pipelines, adapting infrastructure to customer environments, and supporting feature releases, thus ensuring clients receive stable and effective AI solutions.
Responsibilities:
Manage infrastructure supporting distributed, scalable services in both SaaS and on-premises offerings
Collaborate with customers to gather infrastructure requirements and customize deployments
Utilize and enhance monitoring tools to maintain platform health and performance
Work with the product team to test features and package on-premises releases
Automate and optimize the release pipeline for efficiency
Stay informed on emerging technologies to address infrastructure challenges
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering
Strong communication skills to engage directly with customers on infrastructure needs
Proficiency with Kubernetes
Self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience with multiple cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and adapting cloud architectures for on-premises use
Strong troubleshooting abilities
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Estimated annual salary between $150,000 and $185,000, plus equity
