About the Opportunity:
The SOFTWARE ENGINEERING DEVELOPER role is integral to creating and implementing advanced software solutions that deliver tangible value to clients promptly. This position involves designing, coding, testing, and deploying software components, contributing directly to product success and the organization's technological advancement.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement software solutions based on design documentation and functional specifications
Ensure software components are well-documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration
Architect solutions and build CI/CD pipelines to support deployment
Provide work estimates for assigned development tasks
Guide features, functional objectives, or technology choices for stakeholders
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering on complex projects
Proficient coding skills in languages such as Java, Python, or .Net with strong debugging and problem-solving abilities
Experience with software development methodologies for scalable and robust software
Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, data mapping, XML/JSON, and RESTful web services
Understanding of architecture design including microservices, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and messaging queues
Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns
US citizenship or permanent resident status (green card holder)
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
US compensation range is $88,680 to $168,480 annually for full-time schedule, adjusted by location and experience
Specific location-based compensation ranges apply in California, Colorado, Massachusetts, New York City, Washington, and Washington DC
Eligibility for discretionary annual bonus based on performance
