Job Summary :
ClickSoft Solutions is looking for motivated and detail-oriented Freshers to join our team as U.S. HR Operations Executives.
This role is suitable for candidates who are interested in building a career in Human Resources and U.S. HR Operations. The selected candidates will be trained on U.S. employee documentation, onboarding processes, HR operations, and compliance-related activities.
Key Responsibilities :
Support the U.S. employee onboarding and offboarding process.
Collect, verify, and maintain employee documentation.
Assist with W-2 and C2C onboarding documentation.
Support I-9 and E-Verify documentation processes.
Maintain accurate employee records, trackers, and HR databases.
Assist with preparing employment-related documents and agreements.
Coordinate with employees and internal teams for pending HR documentation.
Follow up on missing or incomplete documents and ensure timely closure.
Assist with employee verification and background verification processes.
Update HR trackers and prepare basic MIS reports.
Handle routine employee queries and escalate complex issues to senior HR team members.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR documents.
Follow company HR policies and standard operating procedures.
Support the HR team with day-to-day U.S. HR Operations activities.
Skills Required :
Good verbal and written English communication.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
Basic understanding of HR concepts.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn U.S. HR processes.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Willingness to work in the U.S. night shift.
Educational Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or any related discipline.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred but not mandatory.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

This is an HR Operations role and does not primarily involve candidate sourcing or recruitment.
Ideal Candidate.
We are looking for freshers who are interested in HR Operations, have good communication skills, are comfortable working in the U.S. night shift, and are willing to learn U.S. HR processes and documentation.
Freshers with MBA/PGDM HR or a Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Commerce are welcome to apply.
