Your tasks:
Recruiting for open positions: addressing relevant candidates (passive & active job seekers), reviewing resumes, screening candidates through phone/video interviews, coordinating professional interviews, post-interview follow-up etc.
Maintaining strong, professional relationships with the hiring managers and clients throughout the recruitment process; from initial Kickoff call to offer acceptance
Regularly managing candidate database and maintaining communication with candidates
Working collaboratively within a team and across company to share best practice and specialist knowledge within the firm
Managing the whole recruiting process
Developing trust relations with the clients and with the candidates
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Recruitment
Ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver high quality work against tight deadlines
Very Good English
Ambitious, dynamic personality, good time management skills
This isn't a full time position
