What You’ll Do
As Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in building a high-performing sales team and driving the dealership’s success. You will:
Lead, hire, motivate, mentor, and develop the New & Used Sales team
Drive sales performance while maintaining profitability on new and pre-owned vehicles
Build and strengthen customer relationships to maximize retention and repeat business
Establish clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable
Identify new opportunities to grow sales, improve processes, and enhance the customer experience
Lead by example and help create a culture where people want to win and succeed

Previous automotive sales leadership experience with increasing responsibility
A proven ability to close deals and consistently deliver results
Strong customer focus and the ability to think on your feet
A natural ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team
A creative, solutions-oriented mindset with a desire to find new ways to grow the business
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office, computer software, Internet tools, and general mathematics
