SharpAtoms is building a large Satellite Team of experienced US Staffing Researchers / Lead Generators. This is a remote, flexible opportunity with defined working hours, reporting expectations and measurable outcomes. This opportunity is especially suitable for experienced professionals returning after a career break, seeking remote work, flexible engagement, or an additional professional assignment.
Selected professionals will work through a 2–4 week performance window to demonstrate capability. We are looking for people who can consistently produce: Clean Data → Accurate Research → Positive Employer Leads → Signed MSAs.
If you deliver, you stay and grow with the program. If you do not meet the required performance standards, the engagement ends after the evaluation period.
Target Areas: Software Development, Cloud/DevOps, Data/AI, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, ERP/CRM, Enterprise Applications, QA/Automation, Product/Project Management, Business Analysis, IT Support, Digital Transformation, and other high-demand technology roles.
Responsibilities:
Identify companies with active US hiring demand, map the right TA, HR, Hiring, Procurement, CEO, President and C-level decision-makers, validate contacts, maintain accurate Excel data, conduct approved outreach and generate positive employer leads.
You must maintain strong data hygiene. Duplicate records, invalid contacts, repeated outreach and unverified emails are not acceptable.
You should also be comfortable using ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and similar tools to improve research quality, speed and accuracy.
We measure accuracy, clean data, positive responses, reporting discipline and business outcomes, not just rows added or emails sent.
Career gaps are welcome. Flexibility is welcome. Poor execution is not.
